1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The protection of your personal data is a particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

2. CONTACTING US

If you contact us via form on the website or via email, the data you provide will be deleted as long as your request has been finally answered and there are no legal storage obligations opposing the deletion, such as for a potentially subsequent contract processing. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

3. COOKIES

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser during your next visit. Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider of Google Analytics is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. The service uses cookies that enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated by this is transmitted to the server of the respective provider and stored there. Data may be transferred to a third country (non-European country), where Google can present a certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

Google Analytics

In our website, we use Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter only "Google". Through certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active, Google guarantees that EU data protection requirements are also observed in data processing in the USA. The service Google Analytics serves to analyze the usage behavior of our internet presence. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our internet presence. Usage- and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of the visit of our website, are transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. By this function, Google shortens the IP address already within the EU or EEA. The data collected in this way are in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation about the visit of our internet presence and the usage activities there. These data can also be used to provide further services related to the use of our internet presence and the use of the internet. According to Google, your IP address will not be merged with other data. Furthermore, Google provides additional data protection information at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners, such as options to prevent data usage. In addition, Google offers a so-called deactivation add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de together with further information. This add-on can be installed with the common internet browsers and offers you further control options over the data that Google collects when calling up our internet presence. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information about the website visit may be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services. Use of IP Addresses based on the Legal Basis "Legitimate Interest"

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last 8 bits. This allows only a rough localization. Relation to Web Analysis Provider for Non-European Providers The relation to the web analysis provider is based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission (in the case of the USA: "Privacy Shield").

Duration of Data Storage

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. User data is kept for a duration of 14 months.

4. NEWSLETTER

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

To provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, birthday, and postal code.

Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm the registration. You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: info@ukrainianball.at. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter mailing. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA

To best protect your data when visiting our website, we only use links to the respective social networks, but no social media plugins. Accordingly, your data will only be transferred to the social networks if you actively click the respective buttons. If the button is not clicked, there is no exchange between you and the social networks. 6. YOUTUBE VIDEOS WITH ENHANCED PRIVACY MODE

We use components of the company YouTube to embed videos on our website. The videos are embedded in the "extended privacy mode" provided by YouTube. As a result, information about the visit to the website is only stored when you actually watch a video. We have no influence on further data processing processes associated with this by YouTube. If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your account. You can prevent this by logging out of your account before visiting our website. 7. USER CONTRIBUTIONS, COMMENTS & REVIEWS

We offer you the opportunity to publish questions, answers, opinions or reviews — hereinafter only referred to as "contributions" — on our website. If you make use of this offer, we process and publish your contribution, date and time of submission, as well as the pseudonym used by you if applicable. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. You just have to inform us about your revocation. We also process your IP and email address. The IP address is processed because we have a legitimate interest in taking or supporting further steps, if your contribution infringes the rights of third parties and/or otherwise occurs unlawfully. Legal basis in this case is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in any necessary legal defense.

8. LINKS TO EXTERNAL WEBSITES

Our online offer contains links to websites of other providers. We check links to third-party websites very carefully. Nevertheless, we assume no responsibility or liability for the content of the respective websites and for compliance with data protection regulations there.

9. DATA STORAGE

We point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchase process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored within cookies by the webshop operator, as well as name, address and credit card number of the buyer. Furthermore, the following data is also stored with us for the purpose of contract processing: email. The data provided by you is necessary for contract fulfillment and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. In the event of cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, data portability, revoke and object to the processing of your data stored with us.
